The new white fireware update, not a OS m3i zero update.
Please confirm the language version of your m3i zero red DSONEi, then download the correct version of fireware. If you cant confirm the color white, please copy both Eng & CHS version 18 to the root of your micro sd card.
About red flash fireware m3i zero: Just try to re-flash it if failed.

What's the function of the Firmware m3i zero ?
Only use in this situation 12: If the software m3i zero of console upgraded i white and do not recognize m3i zero. Firmware 9 can renew the firmware . And M3i zero m3i zero can work again.

How to use Firmware writer m3i zero7 ?
Copy downloaded firmware (m3i zero)20 to microSD insert into DSONEi 5 then insert into Firmware writer then into USB port for power supply and operation 12. No extra software need, the Firmware writer will renew the firmware of m3i zero automatic. 8 Mins. needed m3i zero. Flashing yellow light mean renew in progress. Green or blue light mean renew finished. Red or white light mean renew failed. If failed, please repeat the progress with your m3i zero.

What's the function of the Firmware writer supercard ?
Only use in this situation 21: If the software supercard of console upgraded i yellow and do not recognize DSONEi. Firmware writer 1 can renew the firmware of DSONEi. And Supercard DSONEi can work again.

Please download Newest Firmware from http://eng.supercard.sc.
